01 • ADHD
ADHD + Executive Functioning
You may know exactly what needs to happen and still have an
incredibly hard time starting it, finishing it, remembering it,
or doing it before the deadline becomes an emergency.
Therapy can help with organization, motivation, emotional
regulation, procrastination, overwhelm, self-esteem, and the
constant frustration of wondering why things seem harder than
they “should.”

02 • TEENS + YOUNG ADULTS
Growing Up Is Complicated
Jenny works with teens and young adults dealing with ADHD,
anxiety, depression, academic pressure, relationships,
identity, emotional regulation, motivation, and the sometimes
surprisingly difficult transition into adulthood.
The goal is not to lecture, fix, or turn therapy into one more
place where someone is telling you what you should be doing.

03 • TRAUMA
EMDR + Trauma Therapy
Trauma does not always stay neatly in the past. It can show up
through anxiety, avoidance, intrusive memories, emotional
reactions, shame, relationship patterns, or a nervous system
that seems to be permanently on alert.
Jenny is trained in EMDR and helps clients process difficult
experiences so the past does not continue running the present.
04 • ANXIETY + DEPRESSION
When Everything Feels Like Too Much
Anxiety can make your brain feel like it is running twelve
scenarios at once. Depression can make even ordinary tasks feel
strangely heavy.
Jenny helps clients understand the connection between thoughts,
emotions, triggers, behaviors, and patterns while building
healthier ways to cope and respond.

a stronger foundation together.

06 • LIFE TRANSITIONS
Midlife + Perimenopause
Sometimes life changes gradually. Sometimes it changes all at
once.
Jenny works with adults navigating midlife transitions,
changing roles, relationships, caregiving, stress, identity,
and the emotional impact that can accompany perimenopause and
other major life changes.
