ADHD rarely travels alone. Jenny also treats anxiety and depression, and offers EMDR when old experiences are in the way.
ADHD can look different for everyone
When your brain won't cooperate with the life you're trying to live.
You may know exactly what you need to do and still have an incredibly hard time doing it. ADHD affects motivation, organization, emotions, relationships, school, work, and the way you feel about yourself. None of the lines on the right is a diagnosis. All of them are a good reason to talk to someone who won't tell you to try harder.

Meet Jenny
ADHD therapy that feels practical, human, and actually useful.
Jenny works with teens, young adults, and adults with ADHD who are tired of feeling scattered, overwhelmed, behind, or frustrated with themselves. Her interest in ADHD is both professional and personal: she's also the mom of a young adult with ADHD, so she understands that the challenges don't exist in a vacuum. They show up at school, at work, at home, in relationships, and sometimes in the way people see themselves.
Her approach isn't about making you fit someone else's idea of organized, productive, or "normal." It's about understanding how your brain works, figuring out what actually helps, and building strategies that fit your real life. Jenny is warm, collaborative, and straightforward, with plenty of room for humor, honesty, and the occasional "Okay, but how are we actually going to make this work?"
What to expect
Therapy that works with your brain, not against it.
You don't need to arrive organized, prepared, or knowing exactly what you want to work on. Disorganized is a perfectly good way to show up. Jenny will help you figure out where to start.
Start where you are
What's getting in the way right now: school, work, relationships, motivation, emotions, or just feeling overwhelmed. Whatever finally made you look for help.
Figure out what actually helps
Identify the patterns, experiment with practical strategies one at a time, and keep the ones that work in your actual life, not the ones that work in the video.
Build on what works
The goal isn't perfection. It's more confidence, less shame, a routine that holds, and a different reaction when something goes wrong.

Questions, answered
FAQ about ADHD therapy with Jenny
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with Jenny?
No. You don't need a formal diagnosis, or even to be sure ADHD is the issue. Therapy is a place to understand what's getting in the way, notice patterns, and figure out what kind of support would actually help. If what you need is formal diagnostic testing or documentation for school or work, ask Jenny at the consultation so she can tell you whether that fits or point you to someone who does it.
Does Jenny work with adults with ADHD?
Yes. Teens, college students, young adults, and adults. You don't have to be in school for trouble with focus, time, or follow-through to be worth addressing, and plenty of adults are figuring out for the first time that this has a name.
What does ADHD therapy actually help with?
Starting and finishing things, time and organization, the emotional side (overwhelm, frustration, shame), and the relationships that have absorbed years of missed things. Also the quieter work of understanding how your brain operates so you stop treating every slip as a character flaw.
Is ADHD therapy just about learning organizational skills?
No. Organization may be part of it, but so are confidence, stress, self-criticism, and relationships. Getting through the day matters. So does how you feel about yourself while you do it.
What if I've already tried planners, apps, routines, and every ADHD trick on TikTok?
Then we look at where each one stopped working. Too complicated? Easy to forget? Great at work, useless at home? The strategy isn't the problem; the fit is. Jenny helps you find one you'll still be using when you're tired. Some of what you've absorbed along the way is probably a myth.
Can parents be involved when Jenny works with a teen?
Yes, when it helps, and with the teen in the loop. How much depends on the teen's age, needs, and goals. Jenny explains at the start how she handles communication with parents and where confidentiality begins and ends, so nobody is surprised later. When the whole household needs to be in the room, family therapy is an option.
Can therapy help if I already take ADHD medication?
Often, yes. Medication can help with attention; it doesn't teach you how to start a task, run a morning, or stop a small mistake from becoming a spiral. Therapy works on those. Medication decisions stay with your prescriber. If years of ADHD have left you flat and discouraged as well as scattered, depression and ADHD often overlap, and Jenny treats both.
Does ADHD affect relationships?
Constantly, and usually through small things: the forgotten errand, the unanswered text, the chore that became a fight about respect. Jenny works on this in individual sessions, and there's a whole article on how it happens: Small tasks, big fights.
Do you offer ADHD therapy online?
Yes, by video anywhere in Indiana, with the same 55-minute sessions and the same therapist as in the office. You need to be physically in Indiana during the session and somewhere you won't be overheard; a parked car counts. Online therapy is also available in Florida with Jill and Christie.
How do I know if Jenny is the right therapist for me?
Fifteen minutes on the phone usually settles it. Tell her what's going on and what you're hoping for; she'll tell you honestly whether working together makes sense, and if it doesn't, who might be a better fit. No forms, no commitment.
Start with whatever has been hardest lately
You don't need a polished explanation. Tell Jenny what keeps getting in the way and what you'd like to be different.
